| Each individual holiday home
has its own rental conditions. On booking a home, you are sent a copy and asked to agree to these conditions before confirming your reservation General conditions for all the properties In high season reservations will be for one week or seven nights minimum.The house may be occupied from 5 p.m. onwards on the first day and must be vacated before 12 noon on the day of leaving, unless a different arrangement has been reached. Our prices include: - Accommodation; - An economical use of electricity, an average use of water and gas; - Clean bedding, -bath towels and a clean house on arrival. Reservations Reservations will be confirmed on receipt of a 40% non-returnable deposit within 6 days after booking. The outstanding sum is to be paid 6 weeks before the occupying date. In the case of a last minute booking, reservations will be confirmed on receipt of the total rental sum within 3 days after booking. In the case of long term renting, the deposit will be a month rent; booking will be confirmed after receipt of the first monthly rent. Payment Form of payment is a bank transfer: I n Euro to the Caja San Fernando-San Miguel, Vejer, Spain; for non-EC citizens through Western Union. Cancellations Cancellations are accepted until 7 days before occupying date: refund of the rental sum is 50% if the cancellation is 5 weeks before occupying date (o.d); 40% at 4 weeks before o.d.; 30% at 3 weeks before o.d.; 20% at 2 weeks before o.d.; 10 % at one week before o.d. We reserve the right at all times to cancel any reservation or stay if we believe the property is being misused or being used for any purpose outside the general scope of family-holiday renting and/or outside the agreed number of persons. Arrangements for additional and temporary guests may be negotiated at appointed time of booking. Insurance The proprietor or any agent acting on behalf of the proprietor accepts no liability for personal accidents, personal injuries or theft of personal property appertaining to guests. It is advised that guests renting through Vejer Rural take out their own travel insurance before setting off on their holiday. Miscellaneous Clients are expected to respect the property and leave it as they found it on arrival. Eco-tourism As a guest of those holiday homes that depend on solar energy and well water, you are invited to be aware of the use of these resources; to avoid high consumption electrical appliances (like hair dryers); to buy your own drinking water or seek it at the nearby ‘fuente cubierta’ or natural well; to accept some discomfort of short stretches of sandy roads to access these rural properties. On choosing one of our holiday homes, the guest must necessarily accept each of the conditions expressed. Prices may be subject to change until booking confirmation. |
